Did you know I teach a weekly Yoga Flow and Sound Healing class?

It's called Vibe and held at SunWater Spa, Manitou Springs!

Enjoy some movement, breathwork, and sound vibrations to achieve a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit. After a gentle Vinyāsa flow designed to release tension, relax in an extended savāsana with healing sound vibrations allowing integration into a new state of wellbeing.
