I moved my studio AGAIN!From June 1st my studio has been housed in Aurathentic, a sweet holistic store in Manitou Springs! They sell cool things like sage, chakra jewelry, journals, sound healing instruments. AND chakra balancing, aura readings, psychic readings, and... drum roll please.... SOUND HEALING sessions! Maybe you guessed already, I am the new resident sound healing practitioner at Aurathentic! In addition to all the group events listed below, I am on the schedule to do private sound healing sessions for singles, couples and small groups/families!
Group Sound Healing Sessions & Workshopsin JUNE! Sound Bath - Creekside (#1) Date: Sunday, June 16 Time: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM Location: Aurathentic, 702 Manitou Ave. On the outdoor stream-facing patio (weather-permitting), or inside in our sound healing room with cocoon warmth and healing energy. On Father's Day! Bring your Dad, Dad-in-Law, Dad-in-Spirit, or your Kid's Dad! (Ages 12+) A variety of both modern and traditional sound healing instruments, from crystal singing bowls to gongs and drums, are used to activate deep relaxation, alleviate tension and reduce stress. Sound Bath - Creekside! (#2)Date: Friday, June 21 Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM Location: Aurathentic, 702 Manitou Ave. On the outdoor stream-facing patio (weather-permitting), or inside in our sound healing room with cocoon warmth and healing energy. Group sound healing sessions are designed to work with both the overall energy of the group as well as for each individual’s intention. We begin the session with setting intentions and using visualization meditation to amplify your intention to be manifested in your life. Gentle Hike with Sound HealingDate: Fri., June 28th (4TH FRIDAY for JUNE ONLY) Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM MT (approx. 2 hours) Location: Blodgett Open Space – Meet in Parking Lot Self-Care Investment: Suggested donation of $15-30. Payable in cash or Venmo at the trail. Join Me and Wellness Partner Emily Nowlan for this amazing treat of fresh air, movement and sound healing! Meet in the Parking Lot. We will walk this gentle hike and stop in a more secluded area along the trail for a mini sound healing. Bring water and something to sit on if you don’t want to sit directly on the ground.
